I’d like to thank @ATT for throttling down the UNLIMITED data I pay for on election night. Don’t advertise it as unlimited when it isn’t, especially when you force me to pay for basic cable (which I don’t need or use) so I can have “unlimited” data. #FOH

@att...my internet is out again for the bazillion time in 2 months (and last 2 hours) I was told I needed fiberoptic...but it’s not available to be now...but I’m paying you for a whole month of subpar service...wtf?? Y’all need to fix this.

@ItsOnATT Totally frustrated with AT&T. Cancelled my 2nd Uverse receiver + returned equipment. Keep getting notices to return Gateway/Modem. Customer Service only available during business hours M-F 8-5, which is difficult for me. On-line doesn't solve issue. Chat closed. Ugggh.

@ATT I’ve been out of internet since Friday 7 April. I’ve been told there is an outage and working on it. It’s been a week and still have outage. Here is my zip code 31903 so you might be able to get this resolved sooner then it’s been. It’s been a huge inconvenience to me.

@ATT business wireless is absolutely horrible and your foreign customer service is by far the worst. 3 months after porting in I'm paying thousands to leave and still can't get your people to take my payoff!
