I'm sure many of you are familiar with my schedule proposals I post here on these forums. I am now posting my schedule for MeTV as well as its sister networks for 2024. The main reason I post so many of these proposals is to keep them up to date for the changes Weigel makes to MeTV and its other networks over time. Anyway, here is what I would program for MeTV with the arrival of 2024:
MeTV
Monday-Friday:
6:00am My Three Sons
6:30am My Three Sons (this will get 2 airings due the size of the episode volume; 380 episodes)
7:00am Toon In with Me
8:00am Leave It to Beaver
8:30am I Love Lucy
9:00am Perry Mason
10:00am Matlock
11:00am In the Heat of the Night
12:00noon The Waltons
1:00pm Gunsmoke (hour long episodes)
2:00pm Bonanza
3:00pm 7th Heaven
4:00pm Who's the Boss? (I know this currently airs on Rewind, but I would acquire this for MeTV for a number of reasons. This is one of my all-time favorite TV shows, and I think it deserves broader exposure, since Rewind only airs in a handful of TV markets-- my area just started getting Rewind recently).
4:30pm The Golden Girls
5:00pm One Day at a Time (This show will be acquired from Antenna TV, due to their contract expiring in 2024.)
5:30pm Alice (This will be acquired from Antenna TV as well, one of the reasons is their scheduling of the show at 2am, when few are watching TV, and I think this show deserves a better time slot!)
6:00pm The Flintstones
6:30pm Gomer Pyle-U.S.M.C.
7:00pm M*A*S*H
7:30pm M*A*S*H

11:30am The Charlie Brown & Snoopy Show (a second airing of the series, giving us a full hour of Charlie Brown, Snoopy, & the Peanuts gang on Saturday mornings!)
12:00noon The Best of American Bandstand (reruns of the classic music/dance program in an edited 30 minute format similar to the VH1 run in the late 90's, perhaps due to music clearances)
12:30pm The Best of American Bandstand (another airing) Adding American Bandstand to the Saturday lineup after the cartoons would make it seem like Saturday mornings from the classic TV era all over again!
