Very rude staff especially inpharmacy. The manager was anice guy but pharmacists need tobe told they are there toserve the public. Seriously thinking about changing stores because they are somean.

To say they are understaffed, isan understatement. The lines are always ridiculously long! Inside and drive thru!
Drive thru should befast and convenient, which itneveris! But don’t you dare decide topark your car and goinside! Because ifthe outside isridiculous, you won’t believe what the indie looks like! Send your scripts toa different location unless you enjoy waiting 45minutes toalmost anhour topickup!00

I'mill, itwould betoo difficult toget there soI asked for myprescription tobe delivered. After afew hours Icalled tosee where mystuffis, only tobe told they use the USPO for delivery and I'd get ittomorrow! Thanks for not initially explaining this. “Pharmacist Appreciation Month”

The pharmacy atthis location isincompetent. Not only did they get myprescription wrong. But there was nokind ofapology and just very rude staff.

Asked ifthey priced matched with other stores. Was rudely toldno. Iwas like this isabsurd. Lady atregister was like ifyou don't like itcall corporate orshop somewhere else. Wow isall Icansay!!!! How does this woman still have ajob?

I ordered almost $1k worth ofphoto products onthe website for afuneral and paid with acredit card. Ichose this Walgreens because itwas close toa friend and Idon't live intown, and she offered topick themup. Ieven called ahead tomake sure mycredit card would becharged. Myfriend gets there and they try tocharge her for the photos. Weoffered for meto give them the card info over the phone again, and they refused. Iget ifthere was awebsite error orsomething wasn't possible, but the customer service was abysmal and there wasn't anounce ofempathy for our situation. Irecommend finding another store for your business.… – show

Three offour ofmy prescriptions were filled atthe 24hour Walgreens on95th and CiceroAve. They informed methe 4th was out ofstock and Icould goto another Walgreens tohave ittransferred. Ishow upto this Walgreens and the pharmacy tech named Darla tells meit's not inthe system and I'll need tocall mydoctor back which will take hours onhold because itwas written inanER. When Iasked ifthey could call the other Walgreens they told methey wouldnot. Ihad toask tospeak toa manager tofinally get them toassistme. They ended upjust telling memy script was lost.… – show

I just wanted tosay thank you tothe pharmacist atthis location Abdel went above and beyond they had been closed for 20minutes and Iwas picking upmy dads medicine and this was the only location that had itand Abdel made sure Igot this very important medicine for myvery sick dad what agreat caring individual and staff thanks again for going above and beyond

I was onhold from7:25pm, with 1call ahead ofme, (30minutes 35seconds) until7:56pm, when Iwas disconnected! See photo for verification. This was after myson came home with noRx's. Heshould have had 5forme, that were ready onmy account, and 1forhim. The following day they forgot togive the inhalers for asthma, the most importantRX. This isnow the 2nd day doing without, because bythe time Igot home from work, they were closed. This along with all the constant chaos here, iswhyI will betransferring all myRX toa reliable pharmacy. Ishould have done itsooner!!! You deserve a0!!… – show
